ATHLETIC FLOW WORK

Athletes have a set training schedule, not a lot of time and are focused on their specific sport. Yoga offers techniques and tools to even out inbalances from training, develop flexibility & strength in areas of weakness and develop a focused and calm mind to step into flow.
